The Nobsa cushions are a refined extension of the Nobsa rug collection by Sebastian Herkner. They translate the graphic patterns and color palette of the rugs into sculptural textile accessories. Their unique shape – pyramidal yet rectangular – adds architectural character and makes them a stylish accent in both modern and classic interiors.
Each cushion is handcrafted in a small family-run workshop in Nobsa, Colombia, using traditional horizontal looms. This technique allows for flat, controlled weaving and precise execution of complex patterns. The cushions reflect the region’s centuries-old textile heritage and are made entirely by hand.
