With the "Tupies" collection, Sebastian Herkner creates a playful balancing act between luminous objects and human shapes, regional fashion, and cosmopolitan centerpiece. The star designer was inspired by the diverse textiles of the various indigenous communities in the Amazon region during one of his trips to Colombia.
In the end - thanks to the expertise of the local craftsmen - they succeeded masterfully. The crocheted skirts are topped with mouth-blown glass heads in radiant natural colors, making the product a cheerful centerpiece with an almost human charm.
